LizzyD Toesprake does not guarantee placements, rankings, finals, adjudicator scores, or awards in any competition, including ATKV, OppiTong, Radikale Redenaars, Con Spirito, SALA, SACEE, Super 12, Podiumpret, Interskole, Kansvatter, or any school-based or external public speaking event. Competition results depend entirely on the performance, delivery, interpretation, and judging panel.

2. Performance Disclaimer

Although every effort is made to create accurate, age-appropriate, and original speeches, the client understands that the delivery, memorisation, timing, expression, and adherence to rules are the responsibility of the speaker and/or coach.

3. Rule Compliance Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the client to confirm and comply with all competition rules, including timing, theme, language requirements, original work declarations, plagiarism statements, memorisation rules, and submission deadlines.

LizzyD Toesprake is not responsible for disqualification or penalties due to rule non-compliance.
